Crime author Pauline Rowson to present prizes to the winners of the Wight Fair Writers Circle Winter Short Story Competition

I am delighted that I have again been asked to present the prizes and certificates to the winners and runners up of the Wight Fair Writers Circle for their Winter Short Story Writing Competition at an awards ceremony on the Isle of Wight on 20 December.

I was privileged to present prizes to the lucky winners of last year's winter short story competition and this year in June for the Wight Fair Writers Circle Crime Competition. It's always a pleasure to meet budding writers and encourage new writing talent.

This year the ceremony is being held at Newport Minister. There are some great prizes on offer as well as the winner's story being published in the County Press and the winner being interviewed on radio.

All proceeds are going to charity which includes The Ellen Macarthur Trust and The Diabetic Society.
