Radio broadcast- Pauline Rowson talks to Chrissie Pollard on Awaaz FM Radio

I was delighted to be interviewed by Chrissie Pollard on Awaaz FM on 20 July where we chatted for half an hour about my crime novels set against the background of the sea in the Solent area on the south coast of England.

Listeners come from all over the World.  Awaaz FM is Asian broadcasting with a distinct difference as most of the line up is targeted to specific communities from India and Pakistan.  Awaaz FM caters for specific tastes of music from North India (Punjabi), Afghanistan (Pushto), Pakistan (Urdu), English as well as the traditional Bollywood music (Hindi).

I talked about my rugged and flawed Portsmouth detective DI Andy Horton, and my new hero Art Marvik, a troubled former Royal Marine Commando now an undercover investigator for the UK's National Intelligence Marine Squad (NIMS).

It was good fun and we had some lovely feedback from listeners including those from Egypt.
