I've been blog tagged
I've just been blog tagged by Scott Pack which means I have to list six random things about myself and nominate and tag six other people. (You know who you are by now, but if in any doubt see below, along with the rules of the game.) I hope others find the blogs I've mentioned as interesting as I do.
So here is my list of random thoughts:
1. I loathe doing my accounts - a real bore - would much rather be writing. And I only like accounting when all the figures add up to lots of pluses, which is rare.
2. I adore old movies especially anything starring Bob Hope, Humphrey Bogart and Cary Grant and all the Ealing classics.
3. I have been in love with Roger Moore ever since I can remember.
4. I hate flying (and airports) and am grateful to global warming for giving me an excuse not to fly without making me sound pathetic.
5. There have always been thirteen letters in my name - so thirteen is my lucky number, much to my mother's horror.
6. I love the UK and despite all my moaning I also like the British weather: rain, shine, wind, fog and snow - aren't we lucky to have so much variety and something to talk about. Yes, I know I'm mad, but I am a writer!
I hope my chosen six people don't mind being tagged.
Juliet Doyle - Great picture of Dame Margaret Rutherford on the site as Miss Marple
Martin Edwards - A partner in crime
Alex at Shedworking - Because one day I am going to have my shed in the garden
Lynne Hatwell - For book lovers everywhere and because she was kind enough to give one of my novels the thumbs up
It's a crime - for lots of support and because I'm half welsh, on my Dad's side
David Copperfield - This copper's blog is essential reading for any police procedural crime writer and for anyone interested inhow the lads and lasses in blue think. It's entertaining and informative. A must read.
The rules, if you decide to play, are:
