DI Andy Horton crime author in North East England, at CSI Gateshead, Hartlepool and Whitley Bay Libraries

I will be joining fellow crime authors Mari Hannah and Matt Hilton and crime experts at CSI Gateshead,  today Wednesday 25 April at Gateshead Central Library at 7pm.

CSI Gateshead, the first of its kind in the area, follows a  similar format to a successful event held at the other end of the UK in  Portsmouth on the South Coast of England. CSI Portsmouth, an annual event now  in its fourth year, will be held on 2 November 2013.

CSI Gateshead is being held at Gateshead Central Library on Wednesday 25 April at 7pm. Tickets cost £5 and are available from 0191 433 8420 or book online at www.gateshead.gov.uk

Before that Hartlepool beckons for the third time in four years where I'll be talking about  the  DI Andy Horton crime novels. I first visited Hartlepool in 2010 to give a talk about my crime novels on board the restored paddle ship, the PSS Wingfield, in the Hartlepool Maritime Experience Museum. Last year, in November, I spoke to a packed audience at Seaton Carew Library.

Then on Friday 26 April I'll be at Whitley Bay Library at 10.30am. Tickets  available from
Whitley Bay Library, on 0191 200 8500  whitleybay.library@northtyneside.gov.uk

Photos from these events to follow.
