Pauline Rowson entertains Lymington Probus with tales of mystery and murder

I was delighted to entertain members of Lymington and District Probus Club on Monday 17 September who sat enthralled as I talked about how I research and write my crime novels which are set on the South Coast of England and feature the  flawed and rugged Detective Inspector Andy Horton, and her undercover investigator, Art Marvik a former Royal Marine Commando.

Members listened to how I craft my crime novels which have been hailed in the UK, USA and Commonwealth as the "Best of British crime fiction" "A good read for mystery lovers," "multi-lyarered, gripping, compelling and full of twists and turns."

The Inspector Andy Horton police procedural series (14) is set in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight while the Art Marvik mystery thrillers  are set along the south coast including the Jurassic coast of Dorset and the Downs of East Sussex, Beachy Head and Cuckmere Haven.

I explained how I plot my novels and creates her characters, took lots of questions from the floor and did a book signing.  It was a great pleasure to entertain members of Lymington Probus.
