New speaking engagement, author talk - murder, mystery and mayhem - always delighted to talk to U3A

I've been asked to give a talk to the U3A Sarum, Salisbury  group on 16 November at 10am about my crime novels and thrillers.   I'm always delighted to give talks and the U3A groups (University of Third Age)are fantastic audiences. It is a hugely popular organisation both in the UK and the USA. I gave a talk to the Waterlooville U3A in the summer last year and over 100 people attended and made me feel very welcome.  I am sure the Salisbury crowd will be as warm and friendly as the people at Waterlooville were. I will be entertaining the audience with a lively talk and question and answer session on what inspired me to write my thriller novels and to create the marine mystery series of police procedural crime novels featuring the flawed and rugged DI Andy Horton . A bright and early start tomorrow when I'll be talking to Julian Clegg on his Radio Solent Breakfast Show ( although according to the BBC Radio Solent web site this could be Steve Harris). This is scheduled for 6.45a.m. give or take a few minutes.  It's always great to chat with Julian or Steve, and give listeners a quick up date on what is happening in the life of this crime author and her marine mystery crime novels, which are set in the South of England! So if you get a chance then tune in or listen via the Internet. Next up on the same day is a talk at the Waterlooville branch of U3A at 2pm. This is the second U3A group I will have spoken to, the last was at a Literary Lunch at the U3A group at Littlehampton, which was great fun. Crime author, Pauline Rowson talking at a Literary Lunch to Littlehampton U3A U3A or The University of the Third Age is an international movement run by and for people who are retired, or semi-retired. There are loca...
